I like to thank my dear friend Lena for deciding to celebrate her birthday with dinner at Ink. The omakase experience was fun, interesting and delicious. Our server explained what was in every dish that was served, we then snapped some pictures and proceeded to figure out on our own what each dish was composed of. Obviously, we were too engrossed with how good the food look to pay attention to our server. Sorry dude. Luckily, we were smart enough to have requested to keep a few copies of the menu as a guide.

I think this was the spaghetti, giant squid, squash, hazelnut ink pesto, pigment d'espelette. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
